Litharia is a character driven medieval fantasy adventure that offers over eighty character races to choose from and a ton of user generated content. We’ve got a great, friendly community and a passion for fascinating plots, magic, and adventure. Danger lurks in the light as well as the shadows. The world is war torn and filled with opportunity whether you’re a hero, a villain, a petty thief, or a tired slave. But beware! Main Plotline:
Litharia once belonged entirely to the fae creatures. Over time, the land became populated by other creatures who were just as strange and mystical as the fae. The daemons, the shapeshifters. And there were the outcasts, creatures so strange and otherworldly that their origins were a complete mystery even to the gods. Litharia was a magical, wild, and chaotic place but, ultimately, there was peace between the creatures. And then the humans came. They burned down the forests to make their cities. They killed the land.
A deep hatred developed between the fae creatures and the humans. Now, Litharia is in the midst of war. The daemons have attempted to remain neutral, but a budding war with the angels may force them to ally themselves with the fae. The shapeshifters are loyal only to the hand that feeds them, which tends to be the humans. Now the shapeshifters are disrespected and distrusted. Resentment is brewing.
With all the species of Litharia at odds and a myriad of secret organizations with their own agendas, it is near impossible to tell friend from foe. Where one person sees a hero, another sees a villain. Nothing is black and white.
In such a chaotic world, where will you stand?
